End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Bulat Khabibullin ("Company", "we", or "us") regarding your use of the Cannie mobile application ("App"). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
License Scope
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal and non-commercial use.
Restrictions
You may not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify any part of the App
Distribute, resell, sublicense, or make the App available to third parties
Use the App in violation of any laws or to facilitate unlawful activities
Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the App and its content (including code, branding, UI, and design) remain the exclusive property of Bulat Khabibullin. You are granted usage rights, not ownership.
Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or accuracy of data interpretations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you violate any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must delete the App and all related materials from your device(s).
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any legal disputes will be handled in the courts of Denmark, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
